TARA ANDERSON
Director of Billing Management

Tara Anderson is the Director of Billing Management at Haven Home Health + Hospice, where she oversees the Intake and Billing department and assists with day-to-day office operations. Tara began her career in home health in the 90s as an aide, developing a deep passion for helping the elderly in their homes.

After a brief hiatus, she reentered the industry in 2001 as a home health billing clerk, where she discovered her love for the business side of home health care. Her dedication and expertise have propelled her through the ranks, culminating in her current leadership role.

Tara has been married to her husband Rick for almost six years and has one son and two wonderful bonus adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her chickens. Tara and Rick also love hunting and fishing together, cherishing their time outdoors.

Brooke Miller
Director of Clinical Services

With 25+ years of healthcare leadership under her belt (and probably a coffee in hand), Brooke Miller is the powerhouse behind Haven Home Health and Hospice’s clinical operations. Known for her sharp eye for detail and her uncanny ability to find missing chart notes faster than a toddler finds snacks, Brooke leads with both precision and heart.

She’s passionate about patient care, mildly obsessed with compliance checklists, and totally convinced that nurses are superheroes (because they are). When she’s not running the clinical show, you can find her binge watching her favorite TV shows, plotting her next foodie adventure, or trying to have five minutes of peace with her husband and two kids—keyword: trying.

Brooke may have a serious title, but don't let that fool you. She is equal parts heart, hustle, and humor—proof that you can lead a team and still laugh along the way.

Alvin Cunningham
Hospice Administrator

Alvin Cunningham has been leading in healthcare for over 20 years, which means he’s seen it all, handled it all, and probably fixed it all—with a clipboard in one hand and a calm expression in the other. As Hospice Administrator, Alvin keeps the ship sailing smoothly, even when the seas get choppy (or when someone forgot to fax the order... again)!

He’s been crowned Employee of the Year and Nurse of the Year, which is just a fancy way of saying: this guy gets things done and makes it look easy. Whether he's navigating regulations, guiding staff, or sneaking in dad jokes at team meetings, Alvin is the steady hand you want leading the way.

When he’s not running the show at work, he’s enjoying the real joys of life—family time with his wife and four kids, scrolling news headlines like a hobby journalist, and soaking up the great outdoors (which is code for pretending to camp, but really just grilling). If leadership had a chill mode, Alvin would be it!
