Our Executive Team
Robyn LoVecchio, BSN, RN
Administrator
 
Robyn LoVecchio, BSN, RN, serves as an Administrator for Haven Home Health & Hospice, bringing 25 years of nursing experience to her role. With a background in both home health and labor and delivery, Robyn has spent more than two decades in home health, serving in leadership positions including Clinical Supervisor, Administrator, and Director of Clinical Operations.

Her extensive clinical experience, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence have played an important role in enhancing patient care and supporting operational efficiency at Haven.

Outside of work, Robyn enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also the owner of My Body Bar Aesthetics in Norman. Robyn and her husband, Mike, have twin sons, Dalton and Dillon, and a daughter-in-law, Kelci, whom she loves and adores.




RYAN BUNDA
Director of Human Resources
 
With more than a decade of experience in Human Resources, Ryan serves as Director of Human Resources at Haven Home Health & Hospice. His background includes recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and HR leadership, with a focus on creating a workplace where employees feel valued and supported.

At Haven, Ryan oversees human resources operations and works closely with leaders and employees across the organization. He believes HR is about more than policies and processes—it’s about people. His approachable leadership style and genuine care for his colleagues help foster a positive workplace culture while supporting Haven’s continued growth.

Outside of work, Ryan’s favorite roles are husband and dad. You can often find him cheering on his daughter, Rhian, at dance and volleyball or coaching his son, Brewer, in baseball, football, and basketball. He also enjoys tackling projects around the house, watching sports, and occasionally slicing up a disc golf course.

Whether at work, at home, or on the sidelines, Ryan values relationships, showing up for others, and not taking life too seriously along the way.



MICHELLE HAAG
Director of Intake
 
Michelle Haag serves as the Director of Intake, bringing years of healthcare operations, management, and administrative experience to her role. Throughout her career, Michelle has held leadership positions in healthcare operations and clinic management, giving her a strong understanding of the coordination, communication, and attention to detail required to help patients successfully navigate the healthcare process. 

Her experience allows her to bring both organization and compassion to the important work of connecting patients and families with the care they need.
 
At Haven, Michelle leads the intake process with a commitment to making each transition as smooth and supportive as possible. She works closely with referral partners, clinical teams, patients, and families to help ensure timely communication and coordination from the very beginning of care.
 
Outside of work, Michelle loves spending time with her husband and family. Whether they are making memories together, enjoying the everyday moments, or simply finding time to be together, family is an important part of her life. She also loves going to concerts and enjoying live music—a favorite way to have fun, unwind, and make even more memories with the people she loves.



JACKIE WALLACE, RN
Director of Quality Assurance
 
As a registered nurse with a strong clinical background, Jackie brings valuable experience in patient care, case management, care coordination, and quality-focused healthcare to her role. Throughout her nursing career, Jackie has cared for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and has worked closely with patients, families, healthcare teams, and community resources to coordinate care and support successful transitions. 

Those experiences have given her a unique understanding of how quality, communication, and attention to detail can directly impact the patient and family experience.
 
At Haven, Jackie is committed to maintaining high standards of care and supporting continuous improvement throughout the organization. She works alongside our clinical and leadership teams to help ensure we remain focused on quality, compliance, and most importantly, providing exceptional care to the patients and families we serve.
 
Outside of work, family is at the heart of Jackie’s life. She loves spending time with her husband and family and cherishes the moments they have together. Whether they are celebrating life’s milestones, making new memories, or simply enjoying time together, being surrounded by the people she loves is where Jackie is happiest.



TRACI HOLTZ
Regional Director of Marketing
 
Traci Holtz serves as the Regional Director of Marketing for Haven Home Health & Hospice, bringing years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, community development, and leadership.

Throughout her career, Traci has held leadership and business development roles within home health and hospice, giving her a strong understanding of the importance of building meaningful relationships with healthcare partners and connecting patients and families with the care they need.

At Haven, Traci is a dedicated leader who is passionate about supporting and developing her sales team. She leads with encouragement, experience, and a genuine desire to see those around her succeed while helping expand Haven's reach within the communities we serve.

Outside of work, Traci enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Family is such an important part of her life, and she brings that same sense of connection and care into the relationships she builds at Haven and throughout the community.



HAYLEY THORNTON, RN
Regional Director of Clinical Services for Hospice
 
As a registered nurse with extensive hospice experience, Hayley brings both hands-on clinical knowledge and leadership experience to her role.
 
Throughout her nursing career, Hayley has worked directly with patients and families and has progressed into clinical leadership within hospice care. Her experience gives her a strong understanding of the compassion, communication, and clinical excellence needed to support patients and their loved ones throughout the hospice journey.
 
At Haven, Hayley is passionate about supporting our clinical teams and ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to provide exceptional, compassionate care. She leads with a collaborative approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards while supporting the nurses and clinicians who care for our patients each day.
 
Outside of work, Hayley’s favorite place to be is with her family. She loves spending time with her kids, making memories together, and simply enjoying the everyday moments that come with family life. The importance she places on family is also reflected in the compassion and understanding she brings to the patients and families Haven has the privilege of serving.



JULIE SIMMONS, RN
Regional Director of Clinical Services for Home Health
 
Julie Simmons serves as the Regional Director of Clinical Services for Home Health services, bringing almost 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse along with a strong background in clinical leadership. Her expertise and heart for service allow her to lead with both excellence and compassion, ensuring patients and families receive the highest level of care.
 
Julie is passionate about supporting her clinical team, strengthening care delivery, and creating a culture centered around quality, dignity, and patient-focused outcomes.
 
Outside of work, Julie enjoys road trips anywhere, sewing and embroidering, and spending time outdoors—whether that’s shooting, hiking, playing with horses, or doing yardwork. She also loves attending concerts and listening to live music whenever she gets the chance.
 
Family is at the heart of everything Julie does. She is the proud mom of two daughters. Her oldest is a Registered Nurse at Norman Regional, and her youngest is an esthetician and rides with the Canadian Valley Rangerettes equestrian drill team. Julie especially treasures the time she gets to spend with her daughters.



KATHERYN WARREN, RN, BSN
Director of Clinical Services for Home Health
 
With over nine years of experience as a Registered Nurse and two years in a leadership role, Katheryn brings both clinical expertise and a genuine passion for caring for others.
 
Katheryn is known for her supportive leadership style, strong clinical judgment, and dedication to both her patients and her team. She takes pride in building meaningful connections, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care.
 
In her role, Katheryn oversees clinical operations and works closely with Regional Director of Clinical Services, Julie Simmons, to continue strengthening processes, supporting clinical staff, and advancing the organization’s mission of excellence in care.
 
Outside of work, Katheryn enjoys spending time with her children, staying active through running and workouts, and unwinding with a good book whenever she can.



TIFFANY MOODY
Patient Care Coordinator for Hospice
 
Tiffany Moody is a dedicated nurse leader with a strong background in hospice and end-of-life care. She brings together clinical knowledge, operational leadership, and a genuine commitment to supporting patients and families through some of life’s most difficult moments.

Tiffany is passionate about improving quality, strengthening communication, and building collaborative teams that provide compassionate, dependable care. Her ability to balance empathy with accountability allows her to support both the people receiving care and the staff providing it.

Outside of work, Tiffany stays busy managing her household, fine-tuning her budgeting spreadsheets, and fitting in a workout whenever she can. She brings warmth, humor, and professionalism to everything she does.
